Attention! Due to the frequently and suddenly changing restrictions imposed on the territory of Spain, including Catalunya, due to the situation with covid19, changes and cancellations of reservations are possible up to the day of arrival. In addition, it is possible to book without prepayment and with payment on arrival. For periods 28/03 - 4/04 and 17/06 - 13/09 inclusive, these benefits do not appkly and the terms and conditions of booking apply.
- The cost of the reservation does not depend on the number of guests who will stay in the room and includes all the facilities and taxes specified in the description of the selected room.
- Please note that an additional payment is required for the cleaning fee, which is paid once when booking the apartment, regardless of the length of stay and is included in the total cost automatically.
- Other additional services are provided only at the request of the guest and are paid extra.
Additional services that are not required for the order:
- Transfer from / to "El Prat" airport Barcelona 100 Euro
- transfer from / to "Costa Brava" airport Girona 50 Euro
- change of bed linen ( 1 set+2 towels small+2 large towels) 8 Euro
- change of towels ( 1 large+ 1 small) 3 Euro
- extra cleaning of apartments 50 Euro.
4. At the time of booking the apartment, the guest must pay at least 50% of the total cost of the reservation by choosing any of the suggested payment methods.
5. If you pay less than 100% of the total amount of the reservation, the guest must pay the rest in cash in the EURO currency on the day of arrival. If this payment is not made, the reservation is considered cancelled and is subject to the cancellation policy.
6. If you choose to pay by INVOICE, the guest must make the payment within 72 hours after making the reservation, after which a confirmation email will be sent to the email address specified by the guest. If the payment is not made within 72 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the guest will be informed of this by email.
7.If you have any questions about booking or payment, please contact Parrot's House by email firstname.lastname@example.org. The time for consideration of the issue is no more than one working day.
Cancellation policy and conditions:
- The guest who made the reservation has the right to cancel this reservation with a refund of the prepayment made by him in full if the day of the previously planned arrival is more than 14 days.
- If cancelled later than 14 days prior to arrival, the Deposit will not be refunded.
- If you cancel your reservation later than 14 days prior to arrival for a valid reason ( illness of the guest or his relatives, refusal to issue a visa, etc.), you can individually review the situation and save the paid funds as a prepayment for a subsequent visit or a full refund of the paid funds. In this case, the guest must describe the situation in writing (by e-mail) and attach documents confirming the validity of the reason for the cancellation.
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must inform Parrots House by calling the number listed on the website and sending an email requesting cancellation.
- If you check out before the booked period, the amount paid by the guest for the reservation is not refundable.
- Please note that guests may change the dates of their stay and the type of apartment, subject to availability, with the cost recalculated no later than 14 days prior to the day of arrival indicated in the booking. The guest should also inform the staff of Parrots House by calling the numbers listed on the website and sending an e-mail with detailed information about the desired changes.
- Check-in time: from 15.00.
- Check-out time: until 12.00.
- Late check-in or early check-out is allowed by prior arrangement.
- Please note that guests with children under 3 years old will receive a baby bed and a feeding chair free of charge, as requested in the booking and subject to availability.

If you violate the rules of paragraph 5, a fine of 500 euros will be charged.
